REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read the following instructions and details before you proceed to fill your online form.

A. CONFERENCE FEE

Per Participant: ₦ 40,000.00 (Early Bird) | N50,000 (After January 26th, 2024) | International – $70 | £50 | €60

Note that this will be converted to your various currency at the point of payment for those registering for virtual attendance.

This covers conference programme, notebook, meals, and free shuttle services within the camp ground to the venue for those attending physically.

Conference souvenirs will be available for purchase.

B. ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please note that registration is strictly online and there will be no registration onsite.

You can only register online at payment.feastofetsher.org
No registration at the venue of the programme.

*Registration fee will be N50,000.00 for those registering after 26th January 2024.

Note: Feeding start on Wednesday February 14, 2024. Those who arrive before that date can buy food in several restaurants available on camp.

C. ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation attracts a separate fee from the Conference fee. Actual accommodation cost would vary depending on choice. Accommodation will be reserved for delegates with payment after registering for the conference.

It is highly recommended that delegates book accommodation and lodge on the campground because the programme runs late into the night. It is advisable that participants book their accommodation at the same time with their registration.
