REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

A. IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTICE:

Please note that this Feast of Esther conference is specifically designed for women who are General Overseers of Churches and women who are wives of General Overseers, Prelates, Archbishops and Founders of Ministries.

In order to maintain the integrity and focus of the conference, we regret that we cannot offer refunds to participants who do not meet the specified eligibility criteria.

By registering for this conference, you acknowledge that you meet the eligibility requirements and understand that no refunds will be given if you are found to be ineligible.

B. CONFERENCE FEE

Per Participant:  ₦ 50,000.00 (Early Bird)  | N60,000 (After January 27th, 2026) | International – $50

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES:
To qualify as an international delegate, participants are requested to pay registration fee of USD50 or it’s equivalent. Participants who pay in Naira shall not be considered as international delegate.

This covers conference programme, notebook, meals, and free shuttle services within the camp ground to the venue.

Conference souvenirs will be available for purchase.


C. ONLINE REGISTRATION

Please note that registration is strictly online and there will be no registration onsite.

Also,  

  1. You can only register online at www.feastofetsher.org
  2. No registration at the venue of the programme.

*Registration fee will be N60,000.00 for those registering after 27th January 2026.

Note: Feeding starts with Dinner on Wednesday February 18, 2026. Those who arrive before that date should purchase their meals from any of the several restaurants available in the city.


D. ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation attracts a separate fee from the Conference fee. Actual accommodation cost would vary depending on choice. Accommodation will be reserved for delegates with payment after registering for the conference.

It is highly recommended that delegates book accommodation and lodge on the campground because the programme runs late into the night. It is advisable that participants book their accommodation at the same time with their registration.
